LIMN Law Corporation Lawyers appointed to Panel of Assessors for COVID-19 Temporary Relief (PACT)

LIMN Law Corporation is pleased to announce that two of its lawyers, Mr. John Lim and Mr. Alvin Sia, have been appointed by the Minister for Home Affairs and Minister for Law to the Panel of Assessors for COVID-19 Temporary Relief (“PACT“).

Both Mr. Lim and Mr. Sia will be working closely with a judicial officer of the State Courts to decide whether businesses who have made applications are entitled to the statutory reliefs under the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020.

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted Singapore – both our society and the economy. Many businesses face serious difficulties, through no fault of theirs.
